Hiramasa kingfish, barberry & mushroom XO, steamed greens, tahini & chickpeas - heating instructions

In the bag
1. Bring a pot of water to the boil
2. Ensure it is only filled to a maximum of ¾ to allow for the food bags to go in
3. Place the both bags in the water and allow to simmer. Leave the fish in for 4 mins and the greens for 5 mins
4. Gently remove the bags from the water
5. Cut the top of the bag
6. Pour the contents of the greens bag into a dish to serve
7. Gently remove the fish form the bag and discard the XO sauce it was cooked in
8. Garnish the fish with some of the fresh XO provided in your pack
