Vegan market vegetable bastilla - cooking Instructions

Vegan market vegetable bastilla
Cooking time - 20 minutes

1. Pre heat your oven to 200c
2. Remove the lid from the tray provided and dispose of the lid
3. Place the bastilla in the oven and cook for 20 mins or until golden brown
4. Remove from the oven
5. Gently using a flat lifter remove the bastilla from the tray. You may want to flatten the sides of the foil baking tray to make it easier to remove
6. Place on a large plate or platter
7. Heavily dust so the whole top of the bastilla is covered with the icing sugar and cinnamon sachet provided
8. Cut into wedges and share with your guests
